How to convert DW5808 to MC7355 and DW5811 to EM7455

I wanted to share this information with others after it took me so long to find out how to do this. Also you don't need Linux to do this, just Windows. I used the information and instructions on this website to convert the Dell DW5808 to a MC7355 as well as the DW5811 to EM7455. I mainly followed the information on this website here:
