I've got a moderately complicated home network setup that I'm trying to complicate further. 🤣

Ive got a multi WAN situation: cable modem and a WISP. That WISP connection also has two possible WAN connections. I want to move one of the antennas such that it will now be much more sensible for it to connect to my pfsense firewall rather than directly to the router on my roof. Is it possible to create a VLAN so that the antenna now connected to my inside router sees the outside router as though it was connected directly? This is a little complicated to conceptualize so here's a chart. The green lines are the VLAN I want to create to replace the former red dashed line physical connection.
