pfBlockerNG - CRON runs every hour refreshing entire list... (expected to be executed daily / weekly) - what is missing/wrong?

Hi,

I have realized that pfBlockerNG CRON job runs hourly and by whatever reason downloads and refreshes entire list, all lists.
It happens even when most of these lists are set to be updated weekly.
What could be wrong and what I should look at / check?
