https://geneaxxxold.accra.ca/.well-known/acme-challenge/ , the directory exists - ther is even a simple text there.

But the file https://geneaxxxold.accra.ca/.well-known/acme-challenge/ kvuHsEAxbPZv74Qs4ZeMj3454367kPrdHXcFp_8IWSc0FV49ZxgE doesn't exist and/or didn't get created.

I guess the error "E write(6, 0x80204d800, 39): Broken pipe" message indicates that the webroot API, using the setting you gave, couldn't write / make the file "kvuHsEAxbPZv74Qs4ZeMj3454367kPrdHXcFp_8IWSc0FV49ZxgE" in the well-known/acme-challenge sub folder. Maybe it's time to have a talk with the IIS (?) web master ?

The broken pipe message is coming from socat so it's a network error. Something is interrupting the connection.
