I have a problem that after a pfSense restart, the openVPN clients are "up" but no traffic flows. I have to restart the clients and everything is fine.

The solution mentioned here is to upgrade to 2.5.0-DEVELOPMENT, but it did not solve the problem for me.

It looks to me like when the RULEs are loaded, the VPN Gateways are not ready and the RULEs are dropped (because of System-> Miscellaneous-> Skip rules when gateway is down). Either case it does not wait until the Gatway is "up".

    Any way to fix this?
