The initial state is that I don't have any OpenVPN servers setup.

1st I used the wizard but nothing showed up in the OpenVPN Servers list. Next I tried doing it manually. Seems like the UI is messing up but I can't get around it.

Anybody have any ideas how to proceed.

Did you use any special characters in text form fields like description or somewhere else?

Hmmm - would spaces in the CA description or name or Cert qualify?

I will now fix that and see what happens - why did I think that would be OK and Why did the UI let me do it.

          I'll report back.

I tried to delete the cert and the CA and I was unable to do that. The UI just basically did nothing. Also could not Add a new CA or cert.
            I'll try rebooting.
I did just upgrade to 2.4.5 a few days ago. I think I was at 2.4.1. In any case I updated so I could add the OVPN client export package. I Have also successfully edited a couple of NAT rules so that part still working.

There was that "users could add spaces in places where they do not belong" issue way way back.
True, keeping old version running up permits you to run into old issues, solved ages ago ^^

Btw : I can create and delete a CA like this :

( even when it doesn't make any sense ...)

Edit : and where are the logs ??

I uninstalled the OVPN client export package and rebooted and I was able to delete the CA and the Cert and add them in again. Also I used blanks in description so all that is OK.

Once I get the configuration underway and get to the point I need the Client Export package I'll see if I can add another Server configuration. If there's a problem I'll report back.
