Multiple Virtual pfSense devices for multi tenant infrastructure

  • Just seeing if this is possible as I have never virtualised a pfSense device before.

So we have a couple of racks of hosts in a DC which we have VM's running for various customers on various VLANS. Some customers have their own firewall in our racks which connect to our network and use their own VLAN. As this takes up precious space in our racks, would it be theoretically possible to replace these physical firewalls with Virtual appliances (pfSense) which would sit on our clustered Hyper-V infrastructure?
