Recently I setup traffic shaping on my network using the traffic shaping wizard. I noticed that in the traffic shaping status queues there seems to be a lot of P2P bandwidth being used on the WAN and LAN side. Averaging around 10Mbps. I do have a torrent client running but even when I disable that I continue seeing the high bandwidth utilization in the status queues. Is there some way to track down what is responsible for this traffic utilization on my network?

Perhaps Windows or other programs are being updated.
I notice a significant increase in traffic when I make a backup of my site.
Therefore, it is logical that you are downloading some kind of updates.
