Can't download attached file from email.

Hi there gurus, am having problem downloading files that were attached on the email (mail.yahoo.com/gmail.com).

Hope there is somebody can lend their valuable support.

I already resolved this issue by un-checking the Not to allow IP addresses in URL because yahoo attachments redirects their address to an ip. The only problem is that what if the users found out how to use IP address as their url in the browser?

Any resolution for this?

I'm guessing you're using SquidGuard?  The general problem has been discussed in many threads.  Can I suggest you use the search function (the search menu, not the search box above, so you search the entire forum) and read them, rather than having people repeat what's already been written.
