Our internet provider requires us to apply VLAN ID 100 in order to connect to them.

I was previously able to set this up successfully on a Netgate SG-3100. I created a new subinterface, based on the existing WAN interface, with VLAN 100, and it all worked well.

However, I'm struggling to do the same on the Netgate XG-7100 - I assume this is related to the inbuilt Marvell switch.

I tried with both the default WAN port (i.e. port 1), as well as using a different port (i.e. port 8).

Does anybody know the correct way to apply a VLAN tag to the WAN port (port 1) please?

That should work on port 8 as you have it configured there as long as you're using lagg0.100 as the assigned interface for the WAN.
