Squid guard proxy filter service is not showing in my package(version 2.4.5)
But i'm able to create the same in another pfsense firewall(Version 2.3).

      Please Help!!!Pfsense.JPG

        Hi,

this is a bit loose wording "Unable to configure block list" on a firewall there are several types of "block list", for example see pfBlockerNG, etc.
what you gave is just repeated information (in text and image format)

(note: Squid Guard does not install together with Squid pkg. -
would that be the question?) - this must be done separately

        sorry if I misunderstood you

you don't see Squid Guard right here?

it doesn't appear in the list (dashboard) because I'm not using it:

Cats bury it so they can't see it!

@DaddyGo said in Unable to configure block list:

          not using it:

          Minor precision : Not installed.
Installed package can often be de-activated (not "running"), but do show up as installed in the "Installed package".

No "help me" PM's please. Use the forum, the community will thank you.
Edit : and where are the logs ??

it really is, so correct wording - Not installed 😉
