No Startup/Shutdown Sound since some build

On current builds there is no No Startup/Shutdown Sound. Also no login beep. Hardware is the same and the UEFI beeps on boot.

Type "beep" then hit Enter..

Does it beep?

I remember some discussion a while back about an option to silence such audio.. I was not onboard but others seem to want the option.. I do not seem to find any way to silence or unsilence the audio..

Yes, it beeps.
Don't known what option you are talking about, is it System/Advanced/Notifications
"Disable the startup/shutdown beep"?
It's not enabled and this option implemented years ago.

Don't know what was it, but after I tested beep with command Prompt, the sound is back. Also on boot and reboot and login.
