What's in the new builds?

I see new snapshots nearly everyday, but timeline remains the same. What are the changes usually actually?

The builds are not just affected by the RELENG_1_2 commits here:

But also by changes to the build environment:

Tools (which includes built-in packages):

Snapshots are also built every so often regardless of changes, so it is possible that two snapshots would be functionally identical, but it happens.
