    Hello Guys,

I need your help here :-)

We have this problem user connected in our network cannot make call or is drop when joining a viber conference call. 1 to 1 viber call is working though.

as per viber support i just need to allow this port 5242,4244,5243,7985,80,443 but allowing this in my pfsense rules did not resolved my issue.

Anyone can help or have resolution for this?

    Thank you,

The pfSense default configuration allow access from LAN to any destination.
We don't know your current setup...show us your configuration, Firewall Rules and so on. Are you using pfBlocker?

@Rico yes if i allow LAN any then as tested we have no problem. Yes i have pfblocker setup in my pfsense firewall.

on my rules configuration i have this alias called "internet" which define the following ports that we allowed like 80, 443 and the port viber mentioned in my previous post.

All is working well except this viber conference calls issue.

PS: a little bit weird because When a user call using his Viber to a single recipient we don't have problem.

So probably i am missing some ports that is required.

        Thank you,

Try to make a call and check pfSense Firewall + pfBlocker Logs.

I know that this thread is a little old. But seriously now, who is using Viber in 2021?
