Whitelist for 2ij3.app.link [ DNSBL_TLD ] not working

Hi all,
Kids are trying to access links in https://www.nearpod.com/ that is downloading from 2ij3.app.link.

I see the below report and a black hand icon. When I wildcard whitelist it, it does not work. I can see it in the whitelist options. Any ideas?

EDIT: sorry upgrading package now to see if that makes a diff.
Installed packages to be UPGRADED:
pfSense-pkg-pfBlockerNG-devel: 2.2.5_33 -> 2.2.5_34 [pfSense]

Still same issue.
