Help with edit squid.conf

Hi!
Somebody can help me showing how to change one line in squid.conf?

Due that file is autogenerated, if i change it pfsense will overwrite.

i'm want to change "icap_send_client_ip off" to "icap_send_client_ip on" because in the i-cap server log have " ERROR clientip is null, you must set 'icap_send_client_ip on' into squid.conf"
