      Hello people.
      Thanks in advance for the help you can give me

      I have a PFsense 2.4.4-RELEASE-p3 instance, and pfBlockerNG in version 2.1.4_22

      I have configured only the geolocation block, so far not using other resources like DNSBL.

      To my surprise, after restarting pfsense, all incoming and outgoing web traffic was blocked, no one on the LAN could get external access and the NAT rules for webserver were inaccessible.

      Logs without any errors or apparent problems.

      Rules order remained defautl, pfB_Block / Reject | All other Rules |

      After disabling the service and habituating it again, everything started working again, including the geolocation blocks, the only function currently used.

      Could you tell me why this is happening?

        @Joao-Floriano

        I would suggest you upgrade to the latest version, pfBlockerNG-devel 2.2.5_35, as it has all the latest fixes , bells and whistles. The version you are using is quite old and hasn't been upgraded in a while.

        Also pfBlockerNG-devel 2.2.5_35 is the version that the developer, @BBcan177 recommends that everyone use. Don't let the -devel fool you as this one is very stable and in use for a long time.

        Also you need to consider upgrading your pfsense to the latest version as well.

          Hello jdeloack
          Thanks for the feedback.
          the ambassador update is scheduled for next week.
          I tried to replace the current package with the devel but for that I will need to update the version.

          Immensely grateful for the help.
