I ssh into the device to view the system log live as I attempt to start the service. I also use the following command to view anything to do with DNS: cat system.log | grep DNS. After entering the command in terminal it displayed the service is started. I check the GUI and sure enough its started. I then reload DNSBL and now its good. I am at a loss on how "cat" command can start a service.

Go to pfblocker - Update - and run a update

All is good now. Thank you for your time. Somehow "cat" command got the service started. I don't understand it, but will take it.
