Hi,
Most spread sheets, Excel, to name just one, if not all, can import CSV files.
Up to you to do a minimal manual formatting, or use some scripting to make a 'nicer' format. -
I want to clarify if you will export a CSV file to Excel or convert CSV format to Excel format. This format is often used for data transmission, and there is no need to edit it. To edit such a file, use Excel. Still, if you just open it through the program, incorrect information will be displayed. You can simply set Excel as the default program for opening CSV files. Just note that if the languages of the file and the program differ, the information will also be distorted. My friend, who works as an accountant with many data, suggested an excellent resource to learn to convert to CSV from various programs.

@abraham11
I save the CSV file on the PC them open it with Excell or LibreOffice in my case.
You end-up with a list of voucher numbers in Column A
Then I have a second tab with a preformated print and the values of the tickets just feel the preformated print.
Ready to print
And them use scissor to cut them
Simple and easy
