Why SSL default port is 3129 and not 3128 ???

Hello,

I am using Firefox and If I change network.proxy.ssl_port to 3129 browser doesn't work ...

Why should I intercept SSL on 3129 if all traffic goes through 3128 ??

How does it actually work ??
