Coming from a Fortinet, and I used to do this:

      https://help.fortinet.com/fweb/540/Content/FortiWeb/fortiweb-admin/network_settings.htm

And have two separated networks. (192.168.1.x ,192.168.10.x)

Can I do this on a Netgate XG-7100 without getting into VLANS?

        yes
        https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/solutions/xg-7100/io-ports.html
ETH1-8 are switched ports sharing 5 Gbps (2x 2.5 Gbps) to the Intel SoC. These ports can be isolated as an independent interface with the configuration of VLAN tagging as shown in Switch Ports Overview.

Sorry I had a typo on my question, meant to put VLAN, not VPN.

So this can be done, but must be done via a VLAN?

indeed, it's an internal switch after all, you must use vlans
