On my home network, I have a pfSense router, Orbi APs, and a Brocade 6450 managed switch. Now that the pfSense router is installed, I put my Orbi APs back into AP mode.

I want to set my house of IoT (light bulbs, switches, TVs, Amazon Echo devices, etc) onto their own network. Orbi products do not support multiple SSIDs or VLANs. Since I cannot do this the easy way, I'm hoping to set up a workaround.

Is there a way to contain these devices on my wifi network (and a few wired items), but still allow my phones and laptops to still have full access around the house?

      Thank you for your feedback.

The only way I can think of is to provide static address mapping so that all the IoT devices are in one part of the address block, so that they can be filtered by address.

        I haven't lost my mind. It's around here...somewhere...
