lost with config pfblocker

Greetings to all,

I'm lost with two different config for pfblocker .

One says

In Interface/Rules Configuration section, fill the following fields:

    Inbound Firewall Rules: Select WAN interfaces and Block
    Outbound Firewall Rules: Select LAN interfaces and Reject

and an other tutorial says

In Interface/Rules Configuration section, fill the following fields:

    Inbound Firewall Rules: Select LAN interfaces and Block
    Outbound Firewall Rules: Select WAN interfaces and Reject

what's the difference :/ .
