OpenVPN + PIA + Plex Remote Access issue

I am having a little problem is getting my Plex through my VPN
first I set up a a rule to allow my plex to access the outside world with no VPN

and this works with no issues.I then when ahead and added my VPN, with PIA and again no problem I am able to access the outside world via my VPN.
but when I look at my Plex I am getting the following error message
I follow the attached link, minus the port creation as I didn't see were he used it.

I have looked around and it looks like I have set up everything right but something is missing.

ok, I don't know why, but I am now able to get the IP address within Plex
so I have check my Plex app on my Phone - All Good
my when I check the WebApp on my LG TV = it is not finding the Plex.
