      Hello All,

      Off late my pfsense is blocking Alexa to communicate to Amazon Prime Music.

      Any ideas how to fix is greatly appreciated.

        probably by disabling the list that is blocking that host you highlighted ?
        or by whitelisting that specific host

        i don't use pfblocker myself, but i'm fairly certain either of the options above are possible

          Firewall > pfBlockerNG > DNSBL > DNSBL Whitelist

            @Rico I tried Whitelisting the sites. The connectivity is intermittent.

            Other sample sites it is blocking are coursera.org and eenadu.net

                You need to force reload after adding whitelist entries.
                Also clear the clients DNS cache.
