HAProxy Global Timeout settings instead of individual Backend timeout settings?

Hi everyone,
I use haproxy-devel (current ver ) with some backends occassionally not responding quickly enough and timing.
I know this is the target backend server that is the issue, just processing requests sometimes takes longer.
I see on each Backend config, under the Timeout / retry settings, the ability to set Connection Timeout and Server Timeout.
I also see these default to 30 seconds.
I have about 100+ backends, and I am trying to avoid going into all 100+ backends and make these settings.
In the GUI, I don't see a place to set the Global defaults from 30 seconds (30000 miliseconds).
Is there a behind-the-scenes setting that I could make an ajustment to save me from having to edit 100+ records?
