how can i access the host from different interface and different subnets? i already add a rule in both interface to allow traffic vice versa but still can't able to ping client-1 to client-3 don't mind the other routers that routers was my ISP side, both interface and subnets are already connected to the internet, my goal is jus to ping each other from client-3 to client-1 and client-2, I'm currently configuring pfsense-sever-1 in my organization side so please don't mind that Server-2 also

Add a rule to the clients firewalls to allow the desired access from the other subnet. -
^ yeah that would be my bet as well. Common mistake to forget the firewalls on the clients, which normally do not like things talking to them from networks other than their own local one.
On a bit of a side note.. Your not really using /16 are you? I mean a larger network to allow for growth is 1 thing.. But 65k is a bit over the top ;)
