my netgate worked for few days, now the UI does not work,
the router still assign IP /dns etc , but no internet (dns server not respond is the error windows troubleshooting say)
main problem is that the UI just does not exist

any idea ? (restart of the computer + the router did not help)

If I connect to a different router all is working.
      I have sg-2220.

      Thanks

If DNS/Internet isn't working the web GUI can be slow as it waits for the DNS servers to time out. If you connect a monitor (https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/solutions/sg-2220/connect-to-console.html) what do you see?

This "console USB cable" has it's own 'law' :
If you have it, you won't need it often.
If you don't have it, you'll be needing it badly.
            So .... get one fast.

            See also https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/solutions/sg-2220/connect-to-console.html

I thought a Netgate device was sold with this cable, as it is needed, for example, to re install pfSense.

That sounds more like it's rebooting...? You can try opening a ticket at go.netgate.com.

All the models we've bought recently do. I vaguely recall it being an option in the past? I may be misremembering that though. I always leave it in its plastic bag and write on the bag so no one throws it in the cable drawer and it is lost in the neverending sea of cables. :)
