DDNS provider that supports per record tokens?

Does anyone know of a DDNS provider that will allow the use of per record tokens?

I don't like the idea of my router having the username and password (or API token) for my entire DDNS account stored in its config file.

The per record creds for Google Domains and HE work great with the DDNS client, but the ACME package doesn't allow for them.
