What's with all the PTR requests..

Hey all.. Little home pfsense box.. just got pfblocker going.. now I'm seeing tons of ptr requests for hosts pfblocker is inspecting..

1 - Why is pfblocker doing a ptr request..
2 - Anyway to stop.. is there a good reason to allow it to continue?

10.253 is the pfsense box.. and the gw for the 10.0/24 vlan..
