REQUEST SURICATA: Redesign of the click frenzy when changing multiple rules Alert -> drop

Hi Bill

Try to count how many clicks it takes to change 10 rules in ET Policy ruleset from Alert to Drop.

Could you imagine a select box to the far left that you mark and there is an option to make a change from alert to drop and then save settings.

Job done.

It takes forever to change things in the GUI and its not at all optimal.
