      does this double rule set on WAN interface make any sense ?

        'This Firewall' represents any IP address on any interface of the Firewall.
        I'd use WAN address for incoming VPN connections on WAN, it's a bit more "clean"/strict.

        'This Firewall' includes 'WAN address', so it does not make any sense to have both here.
