Pfsense and Mikrotik

Hi all
I desperately need help here. I installed a pfsense at the HQ of a company which has two branches using Mikrotik. At the HQ there is a Zimbra mail server. I have done all configurations properly on the pfsense but the branches are unable to access emails. When I remove the Mikrotik and put Green Packet emails are flowing without any problems. Is there an incompatibility between the two? Also using cellphone data (tethering) emails are flowing.

@bennhana Have you enabled outbound NAT on the Router OS on the Mikrotik?

@cool_corona I have tried that it's not working. I even tried adding a static route on both Mikrotiks but nothing is working. On both branches when I remove the Mikrotiks emails are flowing through Green Packet. The reason for putting the MIkrotiks is for firewalling and VPN configuration which I haven't done yet.
