Custom proxy page error SSL

Hello,

I have a Pfsense 2.4.4 with Squid proxy in transparent mode
When a user goes to an unauthorized url, he gets the message:
This site cannot provide a secure connectionen.mysite.com sent an incorrect response.
Try to run Windows network diagnostics.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
I want to customize this page or redirect to an url of my choice, how do I do this?
