How can I setup route aggregation and load sharing between my two pfsense machines, diagram below

I've currently got three parallel vpn tunnels between two sites (ipsec, open vpn, and wireguard) - and I want to balance traffic between all three, instead of having all the traffic go through one tunnel with the other two as standby.

I have this selected on both sides, but it isn't working as I would expect

      Thanks!
