Wireguard watchdog

Hello folks,

I know Wireguard is not OpenVPN but there is any chance to have a watchdog?

I mean: Because of the nature of Wireguard there isn't a status. OK.
But without a watchdog to restart the service or get a notification in case it stops working, I find it a bit difficult to manage. Don't you think?

There is no service or daemon to restart, it's an interface configuration. It can't just "stop working" in that way.
