Need some clarifications for Concurrent User Logins

This are the explainations in the captive portal settings:

Disabled: Do not allow concurrent logins per username or voucher.
Multiple: No restrictions to the number of logins per username or voucher will be applied.
Last login: Only the most recent login per username or voucher will be granted. Previous logins will be disconnected.
First login: Only the first login per username or voucher will be granted. Further login attempts using the username or voucher will not be possible while an initial user is already active.

For Disabled: If User A is connected, its clear that User B cant used the same username or voucher. Does it mean that User A binds it mac-address to that username/voucher as long as that username/voucher is still active? or user B can use that username or voucher if User A is disconnected completely or logout?

For Last Login: User A is connected and User B wants to use the username/voucher. User A will be disconnected right and User B will be connected? Is that right? AFAIK this is the default with the previous version 2.4.5 below.

For First Login: User A used an account/voucher. User B wants to used the same username/voucher but it will not work. User A must be disconnected or logout first to be able to others users can use the same account/ voucher. If User A turn off his/her wifi, how many minutes does it take to completely logout?
