pfBlockerNG devel 3.0.0_10 - IP->GeoIP blocker

After patching my unbound on my pfSense 2.5.0 (FreeBDS 12.2-Stable) I decided to reinstall 3.0.0_10 and ran through the wizard to set it up initially.

Under IP and GeoIP I set the North America selecting all the regions to Deny Inbound and did updated pfBlockerNG. I found I could no longer access sites like YouTube, or other sites that I frequently access. Is there anyway to enable this without aggressively blocking pretty much everything on the internet?
