if you are using the Apcupsd package and if you want a Widget for this package you can download this Zip-File.
The apc_usv.widget.php go to: /usr/local/www/widgets/widgets
and the apc_usv.inc go to: /usr/local/www/widgets/include
apc_ups.zip
