maximum upload size

I have implemented squid with a maximum upload size of 10MB, I got no issues, squid is blocking if anyone tries to upload more than 10MB.

I got a new requirement, I have to allow a specific website, any size of data can be allowed to upload into that specific website example: easyupload.io.

I didn't find any solution, need help
