Issue establishing connection Active Directory LDAP, OpenVPN

I've set up several pfSense installations with the local user directory for authentication. Having troubles with LDAP. LDAP checks out and I can query it using the diagnostics.

In this setup, I try to authenticate and it never happens. The only useful bits from the log seem to be:

2021-03-03 14:55:29: State changed to Disconnecting (Username/Password Cancelled)
2021-03-03 14:55:29: ERROR: could not read Auth username/password/ok/string from management interface

Any ideas?
