Guys, I'm trying to completely block what is web on a client and release only certain people.

I use Squid + SquidGuard with SSl and transparent proxy.

The lock works, so I created a group with the IPs of who can access and released what is for that group, only that it does not connect unless I release it in the bypass
of the squid the IP 31.13.85.51.

Only when releasing like this he releases Whats for the whole world.

I also created a rule on the firewall released OS ips for this destination and blocking the other users, even so it is being blocked by the squid as shown in the image:
