How to create user for radius by using Mysql

Hellow everyone.
I am done with configuring of mysql and freeradius for captive portal which working for now.
I went through serveral documentation regarding the mysql and freeradius integration.which made me confuse now.With this i wanna request expertest to enlighten me about Mysql and freeradius integration.
Here is my plan:
I wann can create portal where i create user accounts for wifi user in way that i dont have login pfsense server
OR
i wanna make them rigister where admin dont have create user
I was thinking do manipulation from databse.Please do advise me
