permission denied posting in "General pfSense Questions"

I can't create a new topic in the "General pfSense Questions" forum.
I see a "permission denied" error when I click submit.

Is that expected? Am I missing something?

The has the same permissions as other categories, so it should work, unless the content was rejected by something like Akismet. Usually it tells you that, though.
