Any chance 21.0x fixed states not clearing when rule is disabled by schedule?

One of the problems that many have had with PFSense is its inability to automatically destroy states when a firewall rule's schedule expires.

For instance, I have an allow rule for one of my kids. At 9pm this rule is disabled and the default deny rule (lower in the list) kicks in. Unfortunately when this happens, states for the allow rule are not destroyed. I had to setup a cron script to destroy the states. The problem here is that sometimes I change to the time from 9pm to 10pm or maybe 8pm.
