Talos IP-blacklist download fail

Anyone else seeing this? What's confusing is that I can open the link (https://talosintelligence.com/documents/ip-blacklist) in a browser and see the list, so I can't understand why the download fails.

@rloeb Various lists fail for me daily but somehow resolve themselves later on. It's been this way for me since I first started using pfB.

Change the Cron Start Hour and Minute in order to prevent hitting sites at the same time of all pfsense boxes around the world using default cron setting.

@kom Me, too. but the Talos download has been failing continuously since March 3! Makes no sense.

URL changed awhile ago. Check out the Feeds tab in pfBlockerNG-devel.
