      Hello,

      I upgraded from 2.4.5 p1 to 2.5 and still have the dreaded Alias bug when using dns names.

      I enter a firewall alias with:

      1.2.3.4
      2.3.4.5
      dnsname.domain.nl

      The only one that is entererd in the firewall tables (used in the rules) is the ip off: dnsname.domain.nl

      A mouseover over the alias shows all ip's so why are they nog entering the tables?

      Is there a fix? This has been bugging us for a long time.

      Thanks for any reply.

        @voipuser

        Mixed ip/hostname aliases are currently not supported. I think there's a redmine for it.
