Strange behavior firewall rules

I aliased for some internet addresses, I added the rule in WAN1, WAN2 and LAN1
I brought them from the bottom position above, saved (disk disk symbol) and then Applay.



After a few minutes I find them in the initial position as if they had not been modified / saved
What can be the explanation for this?
