      My ISP (JCOM) decided to limit my upload speed to 0.5Mb/s. Somehow I uploaded more than 30GB/day for a couple of days almost 3 months ago.

      I just installed PFsense. What would be the best package to install if I want to capture the totals for the day going forward.

      I think most monitoring tools would give me Mb/s graph for a time period.

      Any suggestions on what I can try.

        There's a list here. I've used Bandwidthd before and it was fine for our purpose.

        Pre-2.7.2/23.09: Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
        When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to restart, or more depending on packages and device speed.
