After upgrading to 21.02.2 from 21.02-p1 I notived no IPv6 addresses were in the NDP table.
After poking a bit the config line in the radvd.conf file was the RADNSS line for ::10.10.10.1 VIP address.
Once I disabled IPv6 and rebooted the router, client IPv6 autoconfig resumed.
